The always fabulous Kris Berg of the San Diego Home Blog has posted the Carnival of Real Estate Results for September.
“Best of Show” goes to Elizabeth Newlin – an amazing writer (And someone I think is relatively unknown in the real estate blog world. You need to be reading her stuff, trust me).
Other top posts are by Vicki Lloyd and Dan Green, and there are some great honorable mentions as well.
Of note, and Kris is too kind to mention this, there was a lot of pure dreck / spam submitted to the Carnival. It seems rather obvious that the Carnival of Real Estate is about….. well, real estate. Yet we got entries from across the globe that had nothing — absolutely nothing — to do with real estate. That’s just silly and you won’t get a link for submitting that sort of stuff so please don’t waste your time, my time and the hosts time.
The October Edition of the Carnival of Real Estate will be hosted at Zillow’s blog. I love Kris’ idea of burying them in submissions.

I agree, I’ve been reading Elizabeth Newlin’s blog for a while now. I’m not sure how I found her though.
Kris Berg is one of my faves. I missed last months Carnival. I’ll keep a look out for this months.

Elizabeth Newlin is so down to earth. She’s so transparent and dives deep into the inner game of real estate sales.
I am going to have to read Elizabeth Newlin’s blog. Sounds like some really good stuff!
